TERMS AND CONDITIONS

From 01/06 to 01/09, a 20% deposit shall be charged, which shall be refunded if the cancellation conditions are met.

You may cancel your booking by sending an e-mail up to 1 week before the check-in date. If these dates are not met or if you do not arrive, the amount of the first night shall be charged.

Reception hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 am-1 pm and 4-7 pm. Outside these times, there is a caretaking service in the same building. We shall also provide a numerical code with the booking so you can open the building entrance door yourself.

Check-in is 2-7 pm and check-out is 9-11 am.

There is no meal service.

Cleaning is done every 5 days, with a change of bedlinen and towels.

Pets are not allowed.

Please respect the neighbours and do not make any noise after 10 pm. Parties are not permitted in the apartments.
Please use the common services and facilities correctly.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.

Clients must put the rubbish in the street wheelie bins. After 7 pm is recommended.
